They were so amazing. The customer service was fantastic they communicated with me so well. Crystal coves built me a pool with hot tub/grill portion. My whole backyard including white rocks and turf. We were very happy with our experience working with Crystal Cove Pool and Spa. From the stat ,each stage of the build was scheduled quickly and completed on time with no unnecessary delays. The communications throughout the process was great. We always knew what to expect, and any questions we had were answered right away. Crystal Cove did an incredible job with our backyard. You guys, their work is so good! They built us a gorgeous in ground pool, spa, and fire pit. They did the whole backyard, plants and all. EXTRAORDINARY experience.  EXCEPTIONAL POOL AND SPA!   Alex the salesman was fantastic.  Hunter the owner is exceptional at correspondence, knowledge, execution and delivery of a final pool and spa.   Tim the Supervisor was superb!   All of these gentlemen were faithful, knowledgeable and highly skilled.   We love our final pool and spa and had an exceptional experience through the timely process of communication and execution.
